Gone are the days when ski towns were home to only burger and pizza joints. With a world-class destination comes a world-class eating experience. Breckenridge is no exception to this. Over the past couple of years, this town has transformed into a culinary hot spot featuring worldly inspired cuisines and fresh takes on culinary classics. Breckenridge’s newest restaurants are a direct reflection of this transformation.  Discover the new and trending restaurants Breckenridge has to offer!

Artisan 206

One of the newest additions to Breckenridge’s culinary scene, Artisan 206 offers globally inspired cuisine served up in family style dishes. From Moroccan-style short ribs, Taiwanese-style chicken and waffles, fried plantains, and coconut-braised greens, Chef Samir Mohammad draws on his own world travels for inspiration. The restaurant’s atmosphere is open and modern with a touch rustic flare. Guests have the option to dine in a bar area, dining room, or sitting at the Chef’s counter, where they’re able to interact with the Chef as they watch the food being prepared in the open kitchen.

Doma 1898

Located on Main Street in one of Breckenridge’s historic 19th century homes, Doma 1898 combines fresh flavors with a cozy atmosphere steeped in history. The name of the restaurant was inspired by the Czech translation for “home”, and the year in which building was actually built. The menu features locally sourced ingredients, uniquely influenced by the owner’s Mexican and Eastern European heritage. Guests will be treated to sophisticated dishes, and fresh clean flavors with surprising twists!

Legends Steaks and Italian

Legends is Breckenridge’s newest fine dining restaurant featuring high-end steaks, house-made pasta and prohibition era cocktails. Legends gets its name from the black and white photographs lining the walls of the dining room. From Barney Ford to Butch Cassidy, each portrait showcases the iconic men and women who helped shape Colorado’s history. Pair the nostalgic décor with amazing service and top-notch cuisine, and you have an unforgettable dining experience… You might even call it legendary.

Bangkok Happy Bowl-Thai Bistro and Sushi Bar

This Thai restaurant is known for its modern interpretation of classic dishes and its insistence on only using high-quality fresh ingredients. With an extensive dinner menu and one of the best lunch specials in town, Bangkok Happy Bowl is the perfect place for anyone to indulge in a southeast-Asian meal.

Gnarly Shawarma

This Mediterranean eatery nabbed one of only four food cart licenses in the town, and with good reason. The now stationary food cart sells delicious shawarma sandwiches, plates, meat on a stick, hummus and other authentic Lebanese baked delicacies. The prices are incredibly reasonable for the serving sizes, and the wait is never long.

Piante Pizzeria

Experience a made-from-scratch, wood-fired, vegan pizza that will blow you away and make you question what it means to be a vegan. Using house-made cashew cheese, plant-based meats, and fresh veggies, Chef Jason Goldstein will seduce the most skeptic of skeptics. The cozy dining room environment features vintage farm décor resulting in a wonderfully casual and inviting space.

Belle V

This French-inspired restaurant features smaller-than-normal plates in order for guests to experience a wider selection of options on the menu in one sitting. Born out of an immense passion for food, the restaurant’s philosophy is to “respect the ingredients the earth gives you by bringing out every ounce of flavor while cooking.”

Pho Real

Build your own bowl of pho or vermicelli at Breckenridge’s authentic Vietnamese restaurant. The options for creation are endless and the end product is mouthwatering. The fresh, organic, and healthy food choices cater to any taste bud, and will leave every guest wanting more.

Breckenridge Distillery Restaurant

Breckenridge Distillery Restaurant focuses on small plates and family-style meals, all designed for sharing with good company. Using whole animals as much as possible, the flavors are big and bold, yet remain rooted in traditional cuisine.  Expect big bold flavors and dishes rooted in the tradition of comfort food. Guests will experience the harmony of the locally and seasonally inspired cuisine paired with hand-crafted cocktails from Liquid Chef, Billie Keithley.
