Here to represent in this years Breckenridge’s International Snow Sculpture Championships is our very own team USA Breckenridge. This year for their snow sculpture titled Winter Fun the team wanted to illustrate the simple pleasures of winter and the adventures we enjoyed as children, from building a snowman to taking a ride down an old sledding hill. Team USA Breckenridge wanted to remind us through their sculpture that even as an adult, here in Breckenridge we keep making those same wonderful snow memories you felt as a child all winter long. Their sculpture inspires us to make fun new memories everyday.

About Team USA-Breckenridge
Team USA Breckenridge has Keith Martin as captain again this year as well as returning team members, Tom Day, Tim West and Margo Jerkovitz.
Snow sculpting in Breckenridge began with the early days of Ullr Fest and has since evolved to a renowned festival of its own. Team USA Breckenridge originated during this town’s annual celebration of the Norse god of snow, Ullr. Although the original Breckenridge team members no longer compete, they do have a hand in the event and assist with the carving of sponsor sculptures.
