Last year at the 2013 International Snow Sculpture Competition, team Estonia won third prize with their sculpture Koit, which translates to “dawn.” The team will return to Breckenridge with the same lineup of artists, for this years Breckenridge International Snow Sculpture Championships. This year team Estonia will be creating a sculpture titled Night, This sculpture is based on a legend that explains the spots on the moon. In this story, there lives a girl, who throws the falling stars and shows light in night time.

About Team Estonia
Team Estonia is lead by team caption Lauri Tamm. Other team members include Jana Huul, Agu Trolla and Henry Timusk, who has studied in fine art as well environmental aesthetic and photography. This team has a large range of collective credentials including extensive art education, worldwide competitions, and exhibits spanning a variety of media including, sand, wood, snow and ice as well as fire sculptures!
