At the 2012 International Snow Sculpture Championships, Team Baltic (Latvia-Estonia) won third prize with Discover the Edge of the World, a piece that alluded to long-ago stories of those who explored the edge of the world. The team will return to Breckenridge with the same lineup of artists, minus one team representative (not allowed to sculpt).
